You can always call beverly and speak with a rep. and they can lead you in the right direction. Two things i would do for sure if i was trying to gain muscle mass and size would be eliminate all cardio for the time being, and try using muscle synergy a supplement from beverly, and a few more calories and you will be on your way. Also it can actually be beneficial to go out once and awhile and have a cheat meal.

Heidi, Muscle Synergy is a great source for muscle building and recovery! I Use all Bev's products and they are all fantastic! Just my thoughts on your diet plan and cardio training. If you want to build muscle then I would also drop the cardio every morning just do it 3x/wk. In my eyes you dont need to run on the treadmill for 45 minutes if you are not trying to become a Marathon runner.....To burn calories all you need to do is HIIT 1 minute on 1 minute off and you can do each session longer if you are not trying that hard to burn fat/calories! Just my opinion...I yave learned alot from experience and from this board. Its great knowledge over here man, I learn something everyday..... Hope this helps!

Lisa, I take 4 MS at about 1000am (1030am shake) and then another 4-5 1/2 hour before weight training/cardio whatever the pleasure that day......Always take it on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour before training!!!
