Ok, so I recently saw a special on MSNBC about a female body builder...Im bombarded with the p90x advertisings...I see the cover of March's Women's MF Magazine and I think, dammmmmnnni want that body!

I was always active as a High Schooler...band, sports, and worked out in my step father's home gym...I was just plain tired of being a chubby kidd, so one Summer I went from baby fat to how'd ya do that?!!

Fast forward to my adult life and when I get too biiggg/fat, I ll muster the will to lose weight, to the point where I NOW KNOW what Yo Yo dieting means.

I just want to be lean...I am only 5'7 and I weight 250...Ive always appeared to be lighter than I look, but the scale scares me now, and I want the number to be to my liking. Truth be told, more than the number on the scale, I want my pants to hang right, my breasts to shrink, and my hips to slim--I WANT TO BE LEAN.

I was given this website by my Uncle, who holds an interest in body building. He told me that I have the discipline, which I agree, but I just need a routine and solid nutrition that isnt a bore to stick to.

I dont eat pork or beef anyway, so it s not like I have a Mc Donald's problem...Im a victim of slow metabolism and laziness...

Can someone, anyone please help me achieve my fitness goals...

I want to be lean...I am wide enuff...stocky enuff..I want to trim and make my muscles pop!!

Willl you help? Confused

It simply boils down to your nutrition and training. What is a typical day's eating like? Calories, macro's, food choices? And what is your training routine? It takes day to day, week to week, month to month consistency with both variables to attain the goals you are after.

Aram is right on target here. It takes a true desire to make a lifestyle change. The key to success is to get a plan, like the ones found in the Frequently Asked Questions section of www.bodybuildingworld.com, and stick to it. Once you begin to see results, it will become easier and easier because you will love the changes you are seeing in the mirror.
Look for the Achieving a Fat to Muscle Transition program in the FAQ. This is the perfect plan for someone who wants to lose bodyfat while shaping and toning their muscle. Couple this with the "No Nonsense Bodybuilding Training" or the "Training for the Bikini Athlete" (for more of a fat loss program) and you are on your way. Print out your plans, along with the Master Food List (this can also be your shopping list so you only have the types of foods you are supposed to be eating in your home)and decide to get started. These plans are practical and very doable, all you have to do is take action. You can see the prioritized supplement plans in these programs as well.
BI product consultants are always available to answer any questions concerning these plans or the supplements. Don't hesitate, don't be overwhelmed, it's as simple as getting started and sticking to your plan.
