Hey guys, Im 20 years old and was an athlete until now, ive put on some weight, Im 6'4, 265 lbs, my ideal weight is around 215. I dont just want to lose fat, I also want to keep and build some muscle. I was just wondering if anyone had a simple workout regimine as well as diet for me. Any input would be a tremendous help. thanks

Welcome to the board. That’s a great question and one that’s certainly been a hot topic recently. There’s a great game plan mapped out for you on the thread below this one. Click on the Entry Level Training Program thread in this (Training) forum section and look at the plan that CR has posted. Make sure to click on the links in the post too, especially the Easy to Use Supplement Recommendation Chart. That will show you how to tailor your supplements specifically to your goal.
