Not sure if I am getting in a fat burning mode with my Cardio

Hi all. I'm a little confused about cardio. My goal is to build lean muscle and fat loss.

I am weight training six days per week (1 body part per day- Chest-Mon, Tri-Tues, Legs-Weds, Shoulders-Thur, Back-Fri, Bi's- Sat)for about 45-60 minutes.

I'm taking creatine select (pre-workout), glutamine (pre and post workout), lean out (2 w/ each meal) and muscle provider.

I have been doing cardio after my weight training (5-6 days). 30 min on treadmill at moderate pace with an incline (I can't split my cardio and weight training up due to time restrictions). My heart rate is usually between 111 and 115/120 (35 yrs old).

My question is...am I doing the cardio intensely enough to get into a fat burning mode? Should I be doing less cardio at higher intensity? thanks.

You are weight training 6 days a week? AND doing 5-6 days of cardio? Well, honestly, without knowing your personal stats and your diet, I would still venture to state that you do NOT need to do any cardio. But your training and cardio seem a bit excessive, if not outright abusive and completely catabolic.

Hi Aram. Are you saying that weight training six days a week, 1 body part per day, is not a good thing? I think you were saying that the combination of weight training AND cardio, but wanted to check. thanks.

Again.... what are your stats, your goals, and your nutrition like. Basically, it seems like you are following a program that is in all the ridiculous bodybuilding rags.

PM me for a more extensive detail. As stated, we don't know your personal stats and diet. This is crucial for accurate feedback.
