So I'm in contest prep now for a show in Sept. I'm looking for some suggestions on shoulder workouts as I think they are not coming in like I think they should be.

I work for my dad at a painting company, where all day feels like doing a shoulder workout. My question is should I just concentrate on heavy pressing movements since I'm pretty much doing lat raises all day? Is it possible that I'm over training them? Any suggestions would be great!

Do your shoulder workout and hit a pose stressing them after each set.

you can never have too wide a shoulders! Wink iso each head w/various db and cable movements and be sure to include at least one pressing movement."Work" workouts don't even count.but i think you already knew that.
