I will be completing the 42-Leg Specialization in Two Weeks and have enjoyed the work-out setup and results. Has there been a Chest Specialization in previous issues that i can move onto next? I really enjoyed the super-sets from this workout and would like to continue it into my regular routine.

Check it out. The Big Chest Bomb from BMJ Vol 7 http://www.bodymusclejournal.c...l07/nschestjeff.html. You can fill in the work for the other bodyparts incorporating supersets if you like.
Another great place to find training programs is the Feature Articles section right below the new No Nonsense cover on the homepage, or click this link http://www.bodybuildingworld.com/feature/. CR |

Thanks CR! Looks like a great program!
What I am also looking for is a better regular routine that uses the same super-set mindset as the 42-Leg Specilaization work-out. It allows me to do double to volume in the same amount of time and I seem to get some cardio from this as well. Any help would be appreciated. |

If you like the training from the Leg Specialization use it again, with The Chest Bomb program. I would not superset your chest workouts in this program.
Use the same protocol and just be sure to change the exercises. If you used dumbells for the shoulder press last time, use a barbell this time etc. You can pretty much take any program from the feature articles section or any of the articles in the back issues as you scroll down and make them your own. There may even be a program that uses supersets in the many volumes of NNM. Take some time and look through them. CR |
