I have an old lat pulldown machine purchased from someone who works with my girlfriend. problem is, the ******* can't tell me or supply info that I need.

Case in point:
there is a pulley wheel at the bottom front for an leg attachment or biceps curls I assume.

Do I have to take out the center post to use it for biceps and leg?

Will this make the unit unstable?

Were can I get a leg attachment if there is such an animal?

As, always, tahnk you. This is the ONLY place I can get info .

HTS,

Unless you're jumping on stage for a bodybuilding competition soon, or are doing some type of knee rehab, forget about the leg extension attachment. Sqaut heavy and squat hard. I'd also throw in some stiff leg deads for good measure. You always want to make sure that the often neglected posterior chain is as strong if not stronger than your quads.

Found one of your passports to Sumatra, I missed you by about a week at Fiji. But, I knew you wouldn't miss the fifty year storm, Bodhi."
