Can anyone help me i'm a 23 year old male and I model for a living, right now i'm currently in Tokyo here the clothes are a lot smaller and my agent says that i need to try and lose muscle mass on my thighs and also chest and arms. I quit lifting weights and all i do at the gym now is run i had a 39 inch chest 3 days ago now today my chest is 37 inches. I seem to be losing muscle everywhere except for my thighs. My Thighs are 32 inches. Can someone please tell me anything i can do to lose mass in my thighs i go to the gym here in Tokyo about 5 days a week and run on a treadmill for 1 hr a day. Thanks!

Can't help you but if your thighs are 32" you're up there with Platz.

Joey,
What you may need to learn is how to manipulate water before photo shoots and as far as losing muscle, train differently. Do endurance types of lifting where you will be pumping 20-30 reps and skip leg training and your diet should be along the lines of 20P:65C:15F and stay with 50% complex carbs. Don't eat the sushi, gobble up the rice and miso soup. At 6'2", you should have no trouble losing and getting back below 170. The day before your photo shoots, you should be eating beef/grapefruit and a fiber supps. Frank "Lift and be happy. Lift harder and be excited...Get Excited, Get Big!!!" |
