I was looking at this routine and it looks like it got cut off when putting the article up. Take a look: http://www.bodybuildingworld.c...raining_routine.html Or am I mistaken on that?

You are correct! Here's Day 7: DAY 7: ARMS / BACK / ABS ARMS (first) EZ Bar Curls: 5 x 12 – 15 Pulley Curls (Standing) 5 x 10 Lying Extension: 4 x 12 – 15 BACK Chins: 4 x as many reps as possible Pulldown Behind Neck: 5 x 20 / 15 / 10 / 10 / 15 as much on each set as possible Straight Arm DB Pullover: 3 x 20 ABS: 200 reps total DAY 8: OFF, THEN BEGIN AT DAY 1 AND REPEAT. © 2007 BEVERLY INTERNATIONAL NUTRITION I want to reiterate that this was one of the most effective programs I've ever used. The key is pretty heavy weights for those high rep sets and continually trying to add a rep or two each time the workout comes up.

Just curious how you would do this if you are limited to four days a week training.

The program does not need to be completed in 8 days. Use your four training days each week to complete the entire program, then begin again. CR
