Every other workout should I just do rotator cuff exercises, or stick with my regular routine?

HTS,

I'd break out the shoulder pre hab movements (external/internal rotation for the rotator cuff) as a warm up on the days that you're performing any type of upper body press. Don't go overboard on these....a few light sets in the 15-20 rep range should suffice.
