Now that I have by exercises established and a program rotation in my head, now cardio. I train at home and have no cardio equipment and would rather not run. What CAN I do? Is cardio really needed? | ||

Jump rope, burpees, jumping jacks, bear crawl/crab walking drills, walking up and down stairs in you home, walking outside, barbell complexes (my favorite), kettlebell training, etc. You are only limited by your imagination.
