Each and EVERYTIME YOU TRAIN, MAKE IT COUNT!! When you leave the gym, you should have no doubts that you gave your training everything you had. If you have to think about it, you didn't!! What makes your training a success?? What makes you think you gave it your all?? Did you really?? Really, did you?? I'm not saying we aren't all training hard, but "I thought" I was training hard and I wasn't. If you plan on doing 10 reps, why not do 12? Tell yourself it's the last rep of the last workout you'll ever do. I'm not saying get sloppy by all means, but when I pick up a weight, I plan on lifting it, PERIOD! I hope this can help even just one of you. I know I needed to hear it! All the best to all of you!! Make these supplements work!!

calling yourself a bodybuilder and actually being one is quite a huge difference.Calling yourself one means you have to ask yourself if there was anything left in the tank being one is asking yourself that question after you've come to.

If I haven't melted into a puddle of sweat..well then I didn't work hard enough!!! Learn to love the pain...once you fall in love with it, it makes training joyous!!!
