I have a question regarding the 7/70 program as well. Day 4. The tri-set: Alternate DB Presses 4-5 sets x5-7 reps Alternate DB Curls 4-5 sets x5-7 reps use 4% Close Grip Bench 4-5 sets x5-7 reps use 4% For my tri-set, do I go through all three exercises at once? Is that how this works? i.e. Tri-set #1: Alternate DB Presses x5-7 reps Alternate DB Curls x5-7 reps use 4% Close Grip Bench x5-7 reps use 4% Rest 2 minutes(??) and then tri-set #2. And so on until I have compeleted 4-5 tri-sets? Won't I have to use lighter weights than usual for calculating my 4% in these sets? Or did I read this wrong? thanks. Mike | ||
