I am allergic to chicken & fish/(fish oil) otherwise I would be using the Beverly Super Pak. Currently I am using NOW Adam which is a multivitamin in capsule form for men. Does anyone use the Animal Pak by Universal - is it a reputable vitamin which disolves properly?. Sorry - I would never bring up another brand as all my other supplements are Beverly - of course!

Thanks.

The vitamin A & D capsule is derived from fish oil in the Super Pak. It is the smallest yellow gel cap.

Hi again,

If Vitamins A & D are in the yellow gel cap, I would assume then that I would not be getting Vitamin A & D from the remainder of the caps/tablets? If so, I could go this route and purchase A & D separately. Please advise.

Thanks.

Vitamin D is also in the 2 grey mineral tablets in Super Pak. I would strongly recommend doing what you are already thinking. Take the small cap out and consume vitamin A (and extra D if you like) separately.

It's such a miniscule amount of fish oil it may not even bother you. It's only there to supply the A&D, not supply lots of Fish Oil. Roger is badly (I mean it's really bad) allergic to fish of any kind and he takes the entire Super Pak everyday and has for decades. He also takes 6-9 EFA Gold every day which contains fish oil with no problem. You may have a reaction to fish for different reasons, but I thought this was worth noting.

Nothing can really compare to the superpak... Universal's animal pak requires you to take two whole paks to get about the same as one super pak. Super pak's are coated better and smaller making them easier to get down as well. Even without a part of super pak you would be better off...
