It is a good idea because the arginine in Synergy will bound to food. The way I did it was, eat about 45 min to an hour before my workout then take the synergy when i arrive at the gym then another serving right after my workout along with Glutamine Select and Creatine. Then my PWO meal came about twenty minutes later after I leave the gym. My lat dose was right before bed.
No problem, one other thing make sure you are getting a high enough dosage. I dont know how much you weigh but I took 16 a day, 6 pre, 6 pwo, 4 before bed and I was 150 lbs. There are some bigger guys that will take 24-32 day.
There are many ways to take this, but I found the best was to take 6 1/2 hour prior to the gym, then 6 more when I got there. I would take 24 per day.
It is really best to take on a completely empty stomach. I am one of those that cannot workout at all within 2 to 3 hours of eating, especially squats!
