How would you suggest using Lean Out in the off season? My last show was Nov 1st and I have decided to take a break from the shows to focus on running and other things. With that said, I still have a major focus on staying lean and looking like a figure competitor. Right now I am not taking any supplements other than the powders.
This weekend my family and friends are taking me out to celebrate my birthday. Is there a way to take the Lean Out to minimize the damage that a bad nutrition day on Saturday could cause?
Marisa, I would continue to take 2 with each meal, or at least with 3 solid meals and not with your shakes.. I like to stick with 2/each meal year round.
As for saturday, when I know I will be eating a "cheat meal", I take 4 before that meal.
