About 4 weeks out from contest and recently added in GH Factor - 3 upon rising and 3 before bed (at least 3 hours since final meal). I've read some take GH around the workout, the label says to take 2 prior to meals. So when is the best time and quantity for a female?

By the way, already taking 1 ER + 2 Lean Out with each meal, 6 MS before training and 6 more at bed, 3 scoops GS pre/during/post workout, and just added 3x3 Quad.

Thanks

Personally, I take 6 GH factor prior to bed and a second dose of 6 caps upon waking.

This has been one of my defense mechanisms against the inevitable GRAVITY...

Sometimes it is really difficult to find the time to take GH in between my meals. I take so many supplements during the day... This time frame has worked best for me. Remember, It is what works best for your personal lifestyle that will yeild the very best results for you. If it fits, you will be consistant with no gaps. GH is a fantastic product.

Key Benefits:
• Improves circulation
• Increase mental acuity
• Reduces harmful effects of aging
• Helps with fat loss
• Promotes better gh release.
• powerful immune stimulant and wound-healing agent

Ingredient Details:
Arginine: is an amino acid that is known as a growth hormone releaser. The decrease of growth hormone in the human body with aging is a major reason why muscle mass tends to decrease with age and body fat tends to increase with age. Decreases in growth hormone also are partially responsible for the slower rate of skin growth with aging, which results in thinner and less flexible skin.

So as John Mayer sings, "Gravity stay the heck away from me!" ...Keep taking your GH at night, but up the dosage.
