Hello....I am getting ready to start on a Lean Out/7 Keto stack. My question, can anyone tell me what kind of results I can expect? I am currently at 14-15% BF, 6', 180, looking to get down to 8% or 9%, and I do HIIT for 15min 5x a week, work each muscle group to failure 1X per week and take the weekends off...my diet is clean . Any ideas on about how long I will have to take it to get down to that level? Bill gave me some great advice and told me a rule of thumb is .05 off a week, just looking for other input. Thanks!
The results you can expect will depend on your diet, training, genetics (etc). If your diet is in line with your goals then the stack will speed up and optimize your results, or will help bust you out of a plateau.
