Currently, I mix 2 -3 heaping scoops of glutamine select in 24oz of icy cold water and sip it during my workout. The more I use glutamine select on my workout days I feel much less sore the following day. Sometimes, I second guess myself on whether I even pushed myself hard during the previous workout ( I was previously used to being very sore for several days after a workout).

As for my workout intensity.... I have been working to failure during my last set or sometimes do strip sets. So I know my muscles are worked to the max.. Just wanted to throw this out.

I'm in the same boat. I get very sore, very easily. Sometimes to the point that it makes me not want to workout. Glutamine Select makes a big difference for me. Since I've been using Quadracarn, there's another measurable improvement in reducing soreness. Since I've been taking it everyday alone with Glutamine Select, my recovery and soreness has been improved to the point that I've forgotten about it.

Wondering how many quadracarne you are taking on a given day. Also, does Quadracarne do the same thing as lean out (in terms of helping to shed fat) since Quadracarne also contains forms of carnitine.

I have to second the GS! I love this stuff, and it really helps with the soreness! I am new to Beverly products and I have only been using them for about a month and I am already seeing results!

You can read more about Quadracarn @ www.bodybuildingworld.com. The home page has a few links full of great information. You will get some of the same benefits (lowered cholesterol from better blood lipid profiles, increased fat loss, etc..) from Quadracarn as you would see with Lean Out. We mainly associate l-carnitine with fat loss (like in Lean Out), but when adding the other types of carnitine benefits shift more towards muscle building, tissue repair, and hormonal support.
I personally take 3 with 3 meals everday. On training days I take a 4th dose around training time.

I take 9 tablets of Quadracarn on non-training days and 12 tablets on training days. I spread the dose out through the day by taking 3 tabs 3 x daily or 4 x daily. For reference I'm just over 200 lbs.

Quadracarn is extremely helpful and effective for shedding fat. However I would still rank Lean Out as the most important priority for the targeted goal of fat loss. Mainly due to the other insulin regulating cofactors and lipotropics combined with carnitine. Quadracarn is a jack of all trades and that's the premise behind taking it. If you're trying to burn fat it supports that, trying to build muscle - it does that too. Plus it's great for health and well being.

If it's within someone's budget, a stack of Lean Out, 7-Keto and Quadracarn would be the way to go if you're impatient for results like myself.
