Hi! I just started taking Lean Out one week ago, and I've been taking one pill after each meal, and 2 pills right before my workouts. Someone suggested to me to up it to 2 pills after each meal after the first week. Will I get results quicker if I do that, or should I stick with just one pill after each meal like I've been doing, and 2 before each workout.

I'm 5'5" and weigh 138 pounds - my body fat is approx. 22%.

i would wait until after 2 weeks to up the dosage to two per meal. i like taking at first bite of meal to make sure it keeps blood sugar stable.

Yeah, Beth you are gonna want to do as you are doing, but take 1 cap with your first bite! The chromium and co-factors need to be in the belly before the food hits so that Insulin isn't engaged immediately. After a few weeks of this protocol, just up your serving to 2 caps with every meal.

Why does it say on the container to take AFTER your meal??

i have found that it works better before meal or at first bite. like chunky stated before.

supplements work different for all body chemistrys(sp?) anyway look at the MAX fat burning stack which consists of 2-3 ghfactor 2 lean out and 1-2 energy reserve 30 min before meal.....

the beauty of these boards is having others try many ways of taking things or experimenting idf you will and sharing their experiences/ findings. remember it also says a serving of gh factor is 6 tabs . is that for me at 185 or a 110 lb female? everything needs to be adjusted for ones specific body etc.
