Hi! I just started taking Lean Out one week ago, and I've been taking one pill after each meal, and 2 pills right before my workouts. Someone suggested to me to up it to 2 pills after each meal after the first week. Will I get results quicker if I do that, or should I stick with just one pill after each meal like I've been doing, and 2 before each workout.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 138 pounds - my body fat is approx. 22%. Thanks, Beth |

i would wait until after 2 weeks to up the dosage to two per meal. i like taking at first bite of meal to make sure it keeps blood sugar stable.

Yeah, Beth you are gonna want to do as you are doing, but take 1 cap with your first bite! The chromium and co-factors need to be in the belly before the food hits so that Insulin isn't engaged immediately. After a few weeks of this protocol, just up your serving to 2 caps with every meal. i have found that it works better before meal or at first bite. like chunky stated before.
