Curious how 7-Keto is best used - split up pretty far apart during the day (8 hours) or centered around cardio/lifting even if you have two sessions within a few hours of one another?

If you're doing morning cardio around 6:00, and lifting/post cardio later in the morning (10:00 or 11:00) - would you take 3 before each monring session, 3 before the 1st session and 1 with a mid afternoon meal, or 2 with the 1st session 2 with the 2nd session and 2 with the afternoon meal to draw out the timing?

7-Keto is best taken in two doses of three capsules about 8 hrs apart. It depends how sensitive your are to caffeine as to how late in the day you would want to take the second dose. It has about the same amount of caffeine as a large cup of coffee.
I would take the first 3 before one of your training sessions, whichever you need the most boost for.
