Is it me, or is the caffiene amount in 7 Keto quite high? How does this compare to something like pop or coffee? I'm concerned about this much caffiene and my heart; should I be?

My fiance could not tolerate this product. The dosage was too high for her. She was up all night. Not sure about the heart thing, everyone is different.

I know my father cant drink any caffeine or he suffers from palpatations. I think I would like to see it reduced.

Questions..any answers:

How does the caffeine in 7 Keto influence our bodies?

I'm hearing from this post some negative aspects but none of the positive ones. Is the caffeine high to support some metabolic process?

Finally, couldn't one just cut back on the amount of 7 Keto taken..say instead of 3 pills take just 2 or 1? or would that mess up the affect that it has.

7-keto does help fatloss. I had no problem with the product. The caffeine is in the form of Gaurana I believe. Just read the label, it warns you that each dose contains the amount of 2 cups of joe.

When she halved the dosage to three tabs she couldnt tolerate that either. Any lower would be more than half below the clinical trial dosage of 200mg of 7-keto. So we just returned it and exchanged it for lean out.

The caffeine is to support metabolic processes I believe.

To put it in really easy to understand terms, 7-Keto MuscLean has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee in each 3 cap dose.

The caffeine does help with fat loss, but the actual 7-Keto in the product (which if taking the recommended 3 x 2 dose per day has the RESEARCH PROVEN dosage for fat loss) is what increases your natural production of thyroid hormone and helps you burn more calories and increase metabolic function. My favorite way to take it is 3 in am before training & 3 in the afternoon before a meal. I take that and Lean Out (2 per meal) together for an awesome fat loss/muscle retaining/energy boosting stack.

Hope this helps.

Rachel,

Would you mind explaining your math for the coffee/7Keto comparison? When I do the math, I come up with each dose being about 2.5 cups coffee. On the bottle itself it says, "This product contains about as much caffeine as two cups of coffee...."

Just curious...
