quote: e is also afraid of protein powder lol. Anyway whould I take the Lean Out and the Hot Rox and leave out the 7 keto or maybe the Lean Out, Hot Rox, and GH. any advice appreciated.
Afraid of protein powder, well, that's good enough reason when taking it from other sources. Beverly is good enough for competitive body builders to use until the day of contests. If there's a lot of fluff-n-stuff, it will show up on you and/or during drug-tested events. As for other fat-burners, Lean Out will assist in fat burning but it is not a fat burner. Stack it with 7-Keto or the Hot Rox.

I have had success with 2 lean out, 1 energy reserve, 2 keto, 2 flax oil prior to the 3 main meals. my 2 between meal snacks are UMP shakes. Also 6 gh factor and 8 muscle synergy upon rising which is when I work out. I have maintained the 78lb weight loss....personally fat burners like hot rox, and caffeine loaded items, raise my heart and I get jitters...my body could not handle those sides...Good luck and try to eat 5-6 meals a day....keep the metabolism burning...

Hey Matt I've been dieting since January 1st and I am still lean and doing shows (May 9th). I use 2 lean out per meal, 2 muscularity per meal. This is in addition to all the other essentials, U40, Mass Amino's, MP. Don't cheat on your diet, if you do, eat a couple rice cakes and that's it. Also, use density, 5 prior to training, 3 before cardio, then 3 in between at least 2 of your meals. Good luck.
