I'm competing in a few months and have been taking an amino product (Scivation) before and after workouts as well as between meals. I'm not comfortable taking in that much Sucralose and wonder if going to Bev's Muscle Mass between meals makes more sense. Feedback much appreciated. Thanks.
I feel the same regarding the Xtend. Closer to a show I use Muscle Mass during training, but in between meals I go with Muscularity. About 3-5 caps. Muscularity contains the bcaa's, however, it also contains co-factors that do a good job with insulin control and glucose disposal.
