I just completed a bb show and want to maintain a "lean" appearance but also want to gain muscle mass over the next 4-6 months. Need suggestions on which supplements and how to stack them. I have never used quadracarn and didn't know if that would help. Thanks in advance.
Ultra 40 and Mass Aminos with each meal. For meal replacement you can use UMP and Mass Maker post workout and mixed together as a meal replacement shake. Creatine Select amd Uplift pre training is also a great combo.This message has been edited. Last edited by: CR,
