Uplift & Glutamine Select

I am an endurance athlete (Master's swimmer) and it was recommended to me to take Uplight prior to my swim practices. What are the ingredients that make this product effective? I was told it's a "must have" for me. I looked on the product description and nothing really stands out to me. It also says I can continue to drink it during my longer practices, which is exactly what I need, but I was advised to drink it before my practices and Glutamine Select during.

So here's my next question, I'm wondering if some Glutamine Select should be taken before as well. Doesn't it need some time to get into my system in order to be a benefit? Just trying to get this straight so when my order comes I'm ready to go.

Thanks for your help,

Lindy

I would take the uplift before and the GS during. From the way the ingredients look and from what Ive read about it, it seems to be more of a pre-workout supp. It has nitric oxide boosters and performance amplifiers. I just think it would hit you harder and workout better if you took it all at once before you start you swim. As for the GS it has BCAA's and Glutamine. All of which help feed the muscles and keep you from going into a catabolic (body eating muscle) state. This is all just what I know though so don't hold me to it. Im sure somebody else will post soon with some more feedback.

I am interested to know if I could mix the two for during a workout. I am an endurance runner. Would like to know if these are good on the run.
