These two supps fly under the radar. I have been using bev supps exclusively since 1996 and all are awesome. However, uplift and glutamine select have become staples...the lift i get from uplift and the anti catabolic effects of glutamine select are unmatched. when i use Synergy i feel as though i am taking something years ahead of its time...it truly produces permanent muscle...thanx to the entire bev staff...al doughty..gold member!!
