i finally decided to invest into some beverly products, so i picked up some ultra 40's and mass aminos and plan on starting this stack tomorrow. i have a solid diet plan and i'm excited to see how much body responds. Realistically, how long before i feel/notice any effects? I've read people get crazy pumps on this stack and body composition changes.

I'm not sure if you've mistaken Muscle Mass, Muscularity, GH Factor or Muscle Synergy because of the aminos in them. Mass Aminos has quite a few different in them and they offer a complete profile when added to the meals. Or perhaps I have not seen posts where Mass Aminos and Ultra 40's are used for massive pumps.

i read that on some of the reviews on bulknutrition.com. i'm on a lean-mass diet right now, do most people add the protein from the tabs in their macros?

If you're strict dieting, yes. The average intake is 6 Ultra 40 and 4 Mass Aminos per meal. Added pounds of muscle are probable and more likely but don't really expect massive pumps from them. Mass Aminos does help keep the nitrogen balance positive.

The GH Factor and Muscle Synergy is probably the most effective for a pump. Muscle Synergy is much like other brands of NO products.

Muscle Mass would be very important if you're dieting down and would make a a good workout stack with Muscularity.

thanks for your response, i'll take the potential muscle gains anyday over the pump (i get a good one right now with VasoCharge).

I was getting ready to bump up my calories anyways, so i'll watch my weight and measurements.

I will say that you can't go wrong with building solid muscle rather than pumps. Pumps are good for you, too.

Also, let us know if you have a problem with gas by adding those two to the diet.

I weight 180lbs, do you think it would be more benefical to take 3 or 4 per meal? same goes for the mass tabs?

At 180, I would go with the 6 Ultra 40, 4 Mass Aminos with each meal to equal 5 meals. They can be taken at any time during the day, but with meals is generally the norm.
