I have a question and i'm not sure if its been answered before. I order my product from two different sources. My last shipment I received a U-Size with the MFG. Date of 6/2005. I was blown away considering its 8/2006. All my other U-size had MFG. Dates with this year on them. Ok, get to it right. Is this protein still just as good as when it was made or should I send it back? For the cost of it I don't want bad product. I don't know enough to know the shelf life of protein powders.

No, definately not BI. Their product is always the freshest MFG Date when I order from them. I went through bodybuilding.com. I have used them a few times.

Shelf life of most products is a few years...like 3.

The higher volume retailers are likely to buy very large quantities and warehouse it themselves.

The smaller guys, like me, for example turn inventory much quicker...as does obviously beverly.

There are no concerns with a product dated 2005.
