Greetings All,
I seem to recall receiving a comparison chart in one of my Beverly mailings that described each of Beverly's products, and when each one should be used. For example, if I recall, it described which protein mix is better immediately after training, as compared to including as an additional source of protein to be used during the day. I think it also described which fat-loss supps are better for different goals. Unfortunately, I can not find this comparison chart anymore. Is there somewhere on the Beverly site that I can access it? The bit of looking around the site that I did really did not produce what I was looking for.
