I just wanted to express my gratitude to Lean Out and 7-Keto. I came off a leaning down diet for the summer 14 weeks all together (2 weeks cleaning up diet, 12 week hardcore diet). I came down from 210 to 190 and lean enough to have the summer beach body that I wanted.....because there are soooo many beaches in Iowa.... Anyways, I do this every year and basically time it perfectly for Football Season to roll around. When that monster shows it's head it is ALL OVER!! I take the time to enjoy myself for the duration of the NFL season and enjoy life... and pizza. As a result I have a tendancy to BALLOON (sometimes as much as 235 lbs, ouch).
As I've gotten older, I can't do the huge jumps and cuts in weight anymore. It was ok when I was 20, but I am 28 now and boy I can tell!! I like to stay at around 205-210 all year except summer. This NFL season I have been "enjoying myself" tremendously already, with a few more rules though. I've added a few things in order for DAMAGE CONTROL: Morning Cardio (HIIT), Evening Lifting WITH Night Cardio (treadmill, stair stepper, Bike), and last but not lease 4 Lean out and 3 7-Keto before each workout... THIS HAS BEEN HUGE!! I ballooned up to 213lbs 2 weeks after my diet ended, but once I started with the Lean Out and 7Keto, I am sitting right at 205 lbs!!
Let me tell you, if Stacking Lean Out and 7Keto can keep you leaner on a HIGH CALORIE Diet, imagine what it can do on a Fat-Shedding Diet!!? I am in dept to Beverly and I will definetly be using the Lean Out and 7Keto stack for my next leaning out plan!!!

yeah i know all about it. i would reccomend it to anyone my big fat self was 230 lbs and with this stack i have dramatically changed my body along with exercise and diet of course but the lean out and 7 keto stack is awesome.
I have tried so many of these different fat loss products, and they all seem to do nothing. So a guy from work here had told me about Beverly Nutrition and about this specific stack to lose weight, so I am going to try it. I just really want to figure out what is real out there that will actually do something to help me lose fat along with my proper diet and my workout almost everyday, which always includes plenty of cardio. It is just driving me crazy that I cannot get past this plateau.
