Hey there. We've had Density now for 5 or 6 weeks and the response has been amazing. I know we had a little feedback in the first week or so about the product, but I was hoping to hear some personal stories from members on the board who've been taking it a bit longer. Please share! For me personally, I've been dieting for 9 or 10 weeks. I started taking Density about 4 to 5 weeks into my diet and I love it. There are so many benefits to using Density. My personal favorites are: decreased appetite or control of extreme hunger, increased mental clarity and brain function and increased training drive. We all know how much it stinks when dieting to have those crazy hunger pains. Density really helps with that. I don't know about you, but once I've been dieting a while (especially once cals are reduced) my mental function starts getting a little fuzzy at times - not with Density...clarity is wonderful! I weight train in the morning and do some triathlon training in morning and evening (running, biking and swimming). I’m amazed at strength, training drive and endurance even as calories are dropping. Hi, Rachel! Sorry, I don't have any story at this time since I've only been taking Density for a little over a week, but I've got a question. Have any females mentioned bloating in the lower abdomen (typical female pooch area) after taking Density? The bloating is similar to what I might experience around my cycle time, but it's not that time, and I can't pinpoint anything else in my diet that has changed. I added GH Factor a month ago, so I wouldn't think it would be that. Let me know, please, if you have any thoughts. Thanks! Hi Cat - No, I haven't heard of anyone feeling bloated from it at this time. I've been taking it for about 7 or 8 weeks now. I haven't had any added trouble because of that, but anytime I start increasing my protein further and reducing my carbs, I take a Multiple Enzyme, which is a digestive enzyme that helps you break down and absorb nutrients - especially from protein. I have been using Density for about 4 weeks. 2 in the AM, 2 w/ each meal, and 3 during weight training. ( I compete in figure, weigh 127). I have noticed that my mood is very 'even' despite my cycle...... I have more energy to lift, and have increased poundages on some exercises that previously I could not break through.......... But, I have the same issue as Cat........ since I began using it regularly, i.e. after about a week, I cannot get rid of the lower ab 'pooch', which honestly was never a problem before. It almost seems as if I am holding water (and let's not get into the "it's fat, not water" debate, I know my bod guys! But, I will say that I will continue to use Density for it's positive aspects (mood, strenght) up until my final week prep for my show. I don't want to go into the show puffy.......and I usually drop some other supplements before a contest as well with good results. That's just me.......... Nadine | |||

I've been on density for about two weeks. I have not noticed any change aside from a slight increase in the ability to stay energized throughout the day (not feeling groggy as much) I'm 28 years old, 190lbs, taking 3 in the morning, 2 with each meal (4x), then 4 during training. Am I not taking enough? How long until you guys have seen strength gains? Do you sustain these gains? | |||

LOL Frank. Actually I just got 4 bottles of DENSITY and will begin taking them in March during a mass gain phase, then again later this year before my first show in October. My dosing hasn't been ironed out as of yet, but I don't plan on going over 20 tabs per day. How I space them out remains to be seen. What is your weight? Why are you choosing 20 tabs per day? Other deciding factors from your experience? I know that a lot of folks are excited about Density, and maybe my body just doesn't react to it the same. I would be hard pressed however to fork over more cash for a second bottle if I don't see results from the first, ya know? | |||

I feel like I'm 55 - 60 Frank; that's gotta count for something...I follow you on age, but that's can't be the only factor for success...I know that I've heard Roger really likes this stuff, and is a bit 'more experienced' than I am...maybe you've hit on something. J - how's your overall experience with Density? We're closer to the same age. Anyone else? | |||

I've only been using Density for about a week, 5 in the morning on an empty stomach and 5 after workout. This is the only thing I'm doing different and I can tell you that my strength and endurance are way up over normal levels. I am 48 years old and I train with younger guys, one is only 30 and I'm punishing them with my endurance (i.e., ability to keep the reps up even at high weights). I am also taking Synergy but I had already been doing that before adding Density...great stuff! Randall T Kawano | |||

Hey all! I just bought 4 bottles of Density. I am gonna use them slightly different than most. I am a big believer of having nutrients available DURING weight lifting to help minimize the catabolic effect. I frequently use Glutamine Select mixed with Creating Select during my lifting sessions (this has been pretty good), and I've used MASS in the past, which was also good... This time I intend to use 10-15 tabs of Density with every lifting session. I would prefer to just use this in conjunction with Glutamine Select, but I would like to know the physical effects of purely the essential amino's and not have that experience clouded by any other supplement/product. ChunkyB - let us know how things go... I am going to finish off my first bottle tonight...I can say that Density didn't do a darn thing for me. It was worth a try, but I don't think it works for me at this point in life...on the bright side, I'll save a few bucks a month by not buying another supplement! | |||

Well, I've started up on the Density during the workouts. I've only been using it for 3 days now, but I can tell you right now that during Arm Day yesterday and Hamstrings Day the prior day before that, I experienced a KILLER pump... I haven't had a pump in 6 weeks! ( AM currently doing the "crash" 8 week 2wice weekly carb up/no carb plan and about 5 weeks in ) Really something? I will keep you posted and make sure that it is not in my head. I train Delts/Traps tonight, Quads Tomorrow, Chest after that.... I think the Chest Workout will be the major deciding factor as to how "well" the Density is working for me as far as "pump" goes... So far no complaints though? Lower Abdomen bloating in females??? OK. Now I am sold. The Density has brought back up my waining strength on the diet I am currently doing back up to almost 100%!! Great news and I am totally sold on the Density during workouts! I am interested to see how the next 4 weeks unfold. The last HUGE Beverly impact I had was dieting for a show, 8 weeks in and Added MAss and ULtra 40 only to put on 8 lbs. of LEAN MASS in the first 2 weeks!! ChunkyButt-I feel weird typing that. I just received my first order of Density and was reading the posts. What caught my attention is the Bettendorf location. Me too. Wondering what the last couple weeks have been like? Also, what contest are you getting ready for. I am doing my first one on May 3 and want to talk with someone who has competed to get some pointers and advice. let me know if you would at all be open to that. | |||

Hello fellow Iowan!!! Bettendorf also eh?? No shame, Bettendorf is the best. I am not competing for a show right now, but have been dieting for the past 7 weeks to shed unwanted fat and to get an early start to the "Summer Physique"!!! LOL!! The Gold's Gym in Davenport/Bettendorf has been holding a fat/weight loss competition that will be ending in 1.5 weeks, and I intend on winning! Just something fun for me and my fellow meatheads to do during the winter time (when you can totally get out of shape fast). Any questions you have about competing and your diet plan are welcome on these boards. Almost all of us on these boards has gotten or is getting ready for competition. Oop! I forgot to share my Density story thus far... Have been doing the Density during workouts and as of recently, before breakfast also, and workouts have been fine. Feel flat, but that is normal. Still have kept my 1 rep maximums stable on all my lifts so no real strength loss at all (considering I am 16 lbs lighter and can STILL max Deadlift 600 lbs, I am ok with that!). Still dropping more bodyfat. The body fat is actually dropping more efficiently now and a LOT more easily. I haven't been doing any cardio since starting with the Density during the workouts....
