Hello all! I am pretty new to lifting weights for a competition, but I have been lifting since middle school. I am 21yrs old, 5'4, 129 lbs, 19-20% BF%. I have just recently got serious about training to do a figure competiton then move to bodybuilding. My primary goal is to gain muscle and loose fat. I am ordering Muscle Provider to add to my diet and I am thinking of adding lean-out. I am a college student on a budget so I can't but everything that i would like Frown does anyone suggest i get lean-out to help me get the 'shredded' look? or just stick with cardio first? Thanks!

If you are going to step on stage the order of importance is

1) Diet

2) Weight Training and Cardio

3) Supplements

You should have someone help you with your diet and set up a training program for you. I would also buy UMP not MP they are both good but UMP is more versatile you can use it before your workout, after and as a meal replacement.

Lean out with help but again you diet is number one.

Congrats on doing a competition.

Supplements will help you make better gains faster...but the most important thing is going to be your diet.

Search the home page for figure diets. Find one that someone your size, weight and bodyfat used, and copy it.

Look in the same article for the trainign program that competitor used and copy it too.

Lastly, take a look at your supplements. I just posted two diets for competitors that were struggling college students...both told me what they could afford and that was all they used.

Best of luck...

Ray
