I take the Super Pak, as directed, with a meal. I feel a little bit sick to the stomach and jittery about 30 min after taking? Any clues/recommendations etc????

I've always spread the tabs/caps contained in Super Pak evenly throughout all 5-7 of my daily meals. So, by the end of the day, it's all consumed.

That is prob what i will end up doing? Do you know what specifically is in there that may upset a stomach?

Don't have a clue. It might be the combination of taking everything all at once, or a single vitamin or compound. By dividing it up throughout the day, you might be able to more "pinpoint" what the culprit(s) is.
