3.5 weeks out, which supp should I be using? I take muscularity, lean out, 7-keto, energy reserves, ultra 40, mass aminos, density, and I use ump and muscle provider as well as muscle synergy. two of everything is what I am taking now along with 4 ultra 40s three times a day and 3 mass aminos with every meal. Still need to rid a bit more fat in the back of the legs.

You must have done your homework by reading the website and No Nonsense Magazine, because you are taking about everything you should be. The only additional thing that could be recommended is Quadracarn. We consider this essential for anyone over 35, especially when preparing for a show. In your case, follow the instructions of the bottle for this one – 3 tabs, 3 x daily on training days. 3 tab, 2 x daily on non training days.
To make sure you’re taking sufficient doses of everything else, here’s a review of what we would recommend:
Muscularity – 3 caps with each meal and shake
Lean Out – 2 caps with each meal and shake
7-Keto – 3 caps twice daily
Energy Reserve – 1 tab with each meal and shake
Density – 2 with each meal
Ultra 40 – 4 tabs 3 x daily is good
You really don’t need Mass right now, since you are already taking Density and Muscularity. But there’s nothing wrong with continuing to take Mass as well if you want to.

This is a very comprehensive plan. Besides this make sure you’re continuing to make progress in your cardio each session or each week and follow your diet 110%. When you have an area that is still holding fat, the thing you need most is more time. And you still have some time to improve, so that’s good. Just keep focusing on that area.
