What is the best way to take GH Factor for keeping muscle and loosing fat? Should I take 6 in the morning and 6 at night on an empty stomach OR 2 in the morning, 2 before training and 2 at night on an empty stomach?
I just started taking GH Factor. I take 2 as I wake, 2 at lunch, and 2 before bed. I don't take anymore that the suggested dosage. I believe it is just wasting the product.

I take four in the a.m. right out of bed prior to morning cardio. 4 about 1/2 hour prior to 4 p.m. workout. And lastly another 4 before bedtime. Per trainer JTheo's direction, of course.
