I have spent a fortune on fat burners over the years and nothing works. Perhaps nothing works better than diet & cardio for fat burning.
So I managed to lose a lot of weight soley through diet and cardio but I am tired of the plateau. Q: Does anyone have results with the BI fat burners??? I am just so close to reaching my goal and need a little help perhaps through supplements. |

I've been using Lean Out since May of this year. It's the first time I've used a fat burner and I really can't say that it worked so far. I blew 2 competitions by not being able to get my BF below 11.2%. I usually can get to 8.5-9% for my competitions. So I think I agree with Diet, Workout and Cardio!

I can't answer your question about fat burners because I just started taking Lean Out....what has worked for me in the past was tweaking my workouts and really eyeballing my diet to break the plateau. I changed my workouts by taking fitness classes, doing circuit training, or just adding another 10-15 minutes on to my usual cardio time. I also realized that I was sneaking in little, empty calories from here and there (ketchup, bbq sauce). Maybe that's something you also need to watch for. Anyways, I agree with "dcerullo,"...it's all about diet, workout, and cardio!!! Good luck and keep us posted.

When you are looking for specific changes in building muscle and/or losing fat your diet is 75-80% of what results you will see in the mirror. Does that mean training and cardio are only 20-25% important? Not completely, but if you don't have a quality nutrition plan you can train hard as nails and do all the cardio in the world and you still won't get the body you are looking for. To give yourself an added advantage and make results happen quicker, Beverly supplements are the absolute best. Lean Out, although not a true “fat burner” because it doesn’t contain stimulants like ephedrine, caffeine, etc., it does help greatly with fat loss. It helps your body use stored bodyfat as fuel and save your hard earned muscle. It also helps keep blood sugar levels stable so you don’t have big highs and low in your insulin output. 7-Keto MuscLean is more of a thermogenic. It helps heat your body up, increases your metabolism and helps you burn more calories. It does contain caffeine. I love taking Lean Out & 7-Keto MuscLean together. The 7-Keto increases calorie burning and Lean Out helps make sure those calories burned come from fat and not muscle. My favorite way to take Lean Out is 2 with each meal and 2 before cardio. My favorite way to take 7-Keto MuscLean is 3 first thing in the morning and 3 in the afternoon around 2 or 3 pm. This has been my personal favorite supplement stack for over 5 years. To have realistic expectations of what result you’ll get from Lean Out, it’s important to know how it works. It’s a physiological fact that your body draws energy from three sources – Food, Muscle, Fat. And your body will always seek them in that order. So when you reduce your food calories (your body’s preferred and easy to use fuel source) below maintenance level, your body is going to burn muscle or fat. And it will always choose muscle first. If not, we’d all be muscular and lean and have no problem with muscle loss when dieting – how great would that be! Lean Out provides the nutrients (and enough of them) that your body needs to convert and utilize your stored body fat for energy instead of your muscle.
Another important thing to know is that Lean Out does not stimulate you or increase your metabolism like a thermo. Lean Out helps to burn fat instead of muscle when you have a calorie deficit in your diet. If you’re eating more calories than you’re burning each day, then you’ll only get the health benefits from Lean Out. But when you’re expending more than you’re eating each day, Lean Out will ensure that the extra energy needed to fuel your body comes from fat. As little as 30% of your weight loss comes from fat when you just cut calories, do more cardio etc and don’t supplement correctly to utilize stored fat. And that means most of the weight loss comes from muscle, water, even bone density etc. Correct dieting and sufficient training is step one, and Lean Out makes both more effective resulting in muscle retention and fat tissue reduction. It’s one of the key secrets why Beverly clients following the programs in the Newsletter achieve their goal of more muscle and less fat. Almost any personal story you read by a client following a fat loss diet is taking 2 Lean Out with each meal (including shakes).
