Hey Everyone, I just completed 4 weeks of my lean gain-fat loss diet. I added roughly 5 pounds of muscle while keeping my fat constant. I've decided to embark on a fat burning diet. Already sent my info back in and Jeremiah was kind enough to send me one. Anyway, I am a college student and am on a budget so I've decided to use Ultra Size, Ultra 40, and mass aminos. I am going to take 4 Ultra 40's with each meal, but I don't know when and how many of the Mass Aminos to take? Also how much cardio do you all recommend? I'm looking to burn as much fat as quick as possible. Thanks Mike
The usual suggestion is to also take 4 mass aminos with each meal. Many folks have also started to take 20-24 mass aminos during their training session(Roughly 1 per 10 lbs of body weight). Take 2 between every other set. This seems to help with LBM gain and keeps you from getting into a catabolic state during your work outs. I have tried it with good success. Once you get over dragging around a zip-lock baggie with all of the pills in it with you as you work out - it's no big deal.
