I was reading all the nutrition facts and it seems that i should take
Ultra 40's Muscle synergy Lean out Keto 7 I'm 44 year old male and weigh 261 consistanly for last year work out for last 2 years steady. Am in process of changing diet I want to compete in Oct in Cardinal classic in Youngstown, but need to loose mass amounts of fat to stand a chance. Will be my first contest. |

Diet is the number one key.
But, yes Musclean and lean out are great to get the ball rolling. You have 8 months to get there. How much fat are we talking? I would get your bodyfat taken now and plan to lose no more than 1 lb of fat per week. So even if you are 10% you have 26 lbs of fat. need to be 8 lbs for show ready, or less. So in this scenario would need to lose at least 18 lbs of fat. So that would mean an 18 week diet. Some say you can lose up to 2 lbs of fat per week safely, I being an ectomorph start to lose muscle pretty quickly doing that. Anyways, this is the type of thought process you need to employ to progress. Take care! |
