I would suggest taking the creatine alone in cold water (3 oz or so) and shoot it down. Then, make your mass maker drink and enjoy it for the taste.
TRy to take the synergy a.m. on an empty stomach and again some other time during the day. I personally enjoy the creatine select by itself as compared to mixing it in a drink. Sandy R |
