I have been training for several years but am coming of an injury and needing to get back into shape. I am following a diet of lean protein, complex carbs and green veggies 3x/day along with MP in between 2x/day. I am looking to reduce body fat while gaining lean muscle. I do not intend to compete but want to look muscular and fit. Please advise regarding which Beverly supplements are recommended along with dosages. Many Thanks

My plan is 2 Lean Out before meals, 3-5x/day. ER 4 before training and 2 post. Flax seed oil 2 tbls/day. 4 Mass Amino's/meal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This isn't a bad plan, but what is your diet like? Is it such that it can use these supplements to the best of their abilities? That is the main question because ALL Bev's stuff is good stuff, but there is always a combination of products that work best when there is a supportive diet and plan involved.

Seeing as how this is supplements for fat loss, I'll assume you are on a decreased caloric intake? Then your supps are good. I would change Mass to Ultra 40s and add 2-3 Density in between your meals.

My diet is as follows:

B-fast - 6 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of wheat grain toast
Mid-am - 3 scoops MP
Lunch - 6 oz. lean beef or chicken, 3/4 cups wild grain rice, handful brocoli
Mid-pm - 3 scoops MP
Dinner - same as lunch
Before bed - 3 scoops MP

Sometimes substitute cod, whitefish for beef/chicken. I feel pretty good energy/strength wise and am just looking for something that can offer me some better results. It can never be good enough.

Thanks

I do like the diet. I think it is a little high in protein and doesn't really fall into the 50-30-20 diet plan... What is your weight and current bodyfat percentage?

I weigh 210 but am not sure about BF%. I am really in pretty good shape. Some lower fat but more that that is some loose skin from fat loss. I am currently training 6 days/week with 30 min of cardio with each session.
