Right now i've been taking creatine select and love it,but been seeing alot about muscle synergy lately.My question is if my goal is to add muscle but also to lean out should i take both?I don't wanna look puffy and bloated and that usually happened whenever i took other creatine products and was alittle reluctant to try yours,but since i did i've had positive results.So if anyone can help w/feedback on muscle synergy and creatine for women looking to lean out but add muscle would appreciate it thank you!
I have taken the creatine select before as well as the muscle synergy. I have never taken the two of them together, but I must say the muscle synergy rocks. Quite possibly the best supplement on the market... I always took the pills and just started using the new powder. Amazing..........the taste is great and the results are superior to anything I have ever taken before.

so you would recommend the powder or the pill?also do u experience any bloating?I'm looking to put on lean muscle but don't want the budha belly lol thanks
jen i have used both the powder and the pills...at first i thought that the pills worked better for me, but after a week of using the powder i seem to get the same awesome results...just use what is most convinient

I gave the powder a try for a week or two, but I just couldn't stomach the taste so I went back to the pills. I notice quite a few people really like the taste, so maybe I was mixing it with the wrong amount of water. I tried it with more and with less, but I still couldn't handle it. Any suggestions from those of you who like the powder's taste?

did u experience any bloating?i'm trying to lean out and hold onto muscle while losing fat.Sometimes i take stuff that make me so bloated that i bust out of my pants lol and with summer coming thats the last thing i want thanks
Jennifer, I don't notice bloating with either Creatine Select or Muscle Synergy. I do cut the CS about 2 weeks out from show time and notice a drop on the scale, but again, I can't say that I feel bloated while on it. I keep the MS in the diet all the way through show day. I really like Muscle Synergy and have started using it during the off-season, too, and not just for prepping.

Jennifer, Definitely give the powder a try. No bloat at all! I know what you mean about the bloat feeling and it is terrible, but I can assure you that you won't get it using the Muscle Synergy powder. I mix mine with the water pre workout and then I do another dose at night mixed with the water and an orange Emergen C packet. Tastes just like fruit juice. I look forward to drinking it.

thanks it's easier w/powder then a bunch of pills too.right now i am doing two scoops of creatine,when i start the synergy should i cut that to 1 scoop or not take at all?
