I love Muscle Mass and take 12 before my a.m. workout and 12 immediately after. I am also drinking 2 scoops of Glutamine Select during my workout. Too much? Should I take one or the other?

Your formula is good- I do very similiar during my preseason other than the fact that I grind the BCAA tabs into a powder and sip them through the workout mixed with the glutamine select. Other factors to consider when looking at BCAA intake would be your bodyweight, training intensity, and if your calories are above or below maintenance.
