Mass amino, synergy, and quadracarn usage

I have been taking 6 mass amino about 40 minute pre-workout and taking another 6 mass amino post-workout. (this is in addition to 4 tablets per meal, alnong with Ultra 40). What I am thinking is to incorporate synergy and quadracarn in to the mix.

Specifically, for pre-workout, I will continue to take mass amino and take 8 synergy and 2 quadracarn. And the same dosage for post-workout. Wondering if this is the most effectove way of stacking these supplements. So far, I have had good results with mass amino and want to amplify muscles building effect.

Just want to mention that I stopped taking post workout shake as I didn't notice any significant difference even when I was not taking it. Appreciate any advice.

Mass has been shown for years to be very valuable pre and post training (like for 20 years). But we do not really publicize that aspect due to the cost factor of taking it with meals and then pre and post training.

Muscle Synergy is awesome. I would take 8 pre workout and 8 more somewhere throughout the day - even 4 more twice a day.

Quadracarn - you really need 3 tablets to get a decent pre workout effect.

You have a very good plan there to amplify muscle building.

Thanks a lot Roger... I have had good results with ultra 40 and mass amino so far and am psyched to try this stack.

One thing is that I used to try so many different supplement brands out there, only to be let down. With beverly, I am confident that these supplements will do what it is intended to do. Keep up the great work!

pre workout 3 lean out 6 gh factor 2-3 upift 3 quad 5 density

postwo 8 synergy, 1 300 mg alpha lipoic acid
5 density 2 glit select drive homethen eat post workout meal. i love the free form aminos on empty stomach

night time 3 quad 6 gh 3 lean out

actually i started taking 12 quadracarn a day 2 days ago. seriously i look bigger than ever this close to a show.
