The best would be take the Ultra 40 with each meal. If you're competing, add these to the calories. Take 4 to 6 with each meal. I believe you're under 150 lbs, so go with 4. Take the creatine about 45 minutes prior to the workout and glutamine mid workout or end of the workout.

also dont forget 2 grams protein each one, people dont account for that. I know Im in the minority here, but for this show I decided to eat my protein to be fuller rather than take ultra 40, with 4 pills accounting for 8 grams of protein thats a little more than 1 oz extra lean meat I get. Because as I said you need to account for them in your protein intake.

Sure, you can take Ultra 40 by itself. Account for the nutrients you are getting from the Ultra 40s and the nutrients you are not getting from regular servings of MASS and adjust your meals accordingly. Few extra scoops of UMP should do the trick just fine! Plus it is delicious.
