I have always thought the ingredients in synergy should be taken after trainig but I'm seeing people take it prior to traning, whats up with that? I am new to this site so be patient with me please. Don't ever give up thanks Bill

Bill,

Some find it better to take on an empty stomach in the AM then 45 minutes prior to a workout. Start with 8, 2X per day, or BID.

It will really add to your workout.
