Hi, I'm currently trying to lose fat, and per Beverly Int Faq, I bought 7 keto, density, and lean out as my supplements. I already have ultra 40, super pak, and muscle provider. I'm 5'10 and 170lb, and around high teen body fat%. I'm trying to get down to single digit. This isn't for contest or anything. Just for self satisfaction. Anyways, I would like to know how I should time 7 keto, density, and lean out, because I work out very soon after I wake up in the morning. 7 keto's instruction says to take 3 pills in the morning and then 3 pills before the work out in the afternoon. In my case, how should I go implementing it since I work out in the morning? I get the feeling that 7 keto should be taken in empty stomach to have the best effect. Also for density and lean out. When I look around the forum people are taking them every time they have meal twice the instructed dosage on the bottle. Do I have to emulate them or since I'm relatively small person, may I just follow what the instruction says? Thanks for your input! | ||

Tumba, The most effective dosing of 7 Keto MuscLean is 3 caspules 2x per day about 8 hrs apart. It can be taken with or without food. If you train in the morning, take 3 caps pre training and 3 again around 6-8 hrs later. At your weight, with a goal of fat loss, you should be taking 2-3 Density at each meal along with 2 Lean Out. For totals of around 15 Density and 12 Lean Out per day.
