Taking 1 Energy Reserve tablet at every meal for 2-3 weeks during a contest diet will make you look leaner and give you more energy during your workouts. Big fan of Evergy Reserve! I use it all year long. I have a specific way of using it though. I take a half tablet with every meal 1-6 (sometimes 7 meals) along with Slin-Trol at meals 1,2,5,6, and if I need, meal 7 too...
This puts me in the range of 1800mg-2100mg which is the researched daily dosage to help with fatty acid transport and insulin control via glucose disposal. Constant research indicates though that even higher dosages are working wonders. NO BAD TURNS for L-Carnitine! Really a fantastic wonder-supplement!
