Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on using a stack for energy the last 6 weeks of contest prep. I am using LO/GH/ER before my meals but need the extra umph to get me through my workouts. I usually have a huge mug of coffee before my morning cardio -- and another surge of caffeine before my afternoon lifting.
VANESSA, Have you tried MuscleLean? I have heard really good reviews on it. How do you like the GHFACTOR? Have you seen any results on it and how are you taken it?
Lisa: I did try MuscLean and had awful side effects. It had the reverse effects on me -- made me terrible depressed and very tired. It did not give me any energy whatsoever. I take 2 LO/ 2 GH/ 1 ER in the am before I do cardio along with my coffee. I have been using GH along with the other supplements so I can't really attribute any of my losses/gains to it.
