I have to confess I have never been a big believer in the value of the Super Pak for overall well being and assistance in growing muscle. Boy, was I wrong! I decided to try them after my most recent ankle surgery (July 1, 2009) as part of my rehab. Since day one I have felt better, have more energy and my ankle has less pain. I managed to reduce my recovery from a previous surgery last year by 3 weeks, I think I can beat that just by adding the Super Pak, that is how much better I feel! After 14 years of Beverly supplementation I am finally hooked and have already recommended it to everyone I know. What are some other thoughts out there?
It’s amazing what the human body can do when given what it needs. We consistently hear of people we know recovering from various injuries much quicker than expected when they’re regular supplement users.
We all overlook the Super Pak sometimes. Occasionally I'll forget to mention Super Pak to someone because we're focused on all the other stuff and I just assume they're already taking it. But it really it should come before anything else.
I have actually done a little research on Super Pak and Ultra 4. It was awhile back but I do remember that through a little reading I found that both Multi formulas contain only the best most absorbable and bio-available forms of vitamins and minerals. Pretty impressive stuff
Super Pak has an excellent vitamin and mineral profile. I dont care how clean your diet is, the way foods are processed/grown today, you will NEVER get all the nutrient your body needs. That is why Super Pak and Ultra 4 are great products with noticable benefits. Ultra 40 also has a really good "B" profile in it, which is excellent for your nervous system.
Ive found that if I take them with my first meal... It "upsets" my stomach. I think its the enzyme pill thats in it, makes me VERY regular. (sorry for that)
Ive lately been thinking about taking it with my 3rd meal.
Thoughts?
